How does the closet arrive?
- The closet is shipped disassembled. Each piece is placed in styrofoam molds to keep its shape and to prevent the pieces from being damaged in the shipping process.
When will we know if our closet has arrived?
-You can use the tracker provided in your email confirmation. Most packages arrive between 1-3 weeks given your location. You will get an estimated arrival time through the tracker. There is also an option for expedited shipping.
How do we assemble the closet?
-Our easy-to-follow manual complete with a step by step photo procedure allows users to assemble in approximately twenty minutes. You can also have Weatherwear employees assemble it for you, for no additional cost!
What if my app doesn't work?
-Contact our tech team through our Contact Us page. The chat feature on our website encourages users to interact with tech support, provided they are available. We do not anticipate many application issues, but every customer is treated with kindness and care.
Are there brick and mortar stores?
-We currently do not have any locations where customers can visit in store. Our warehouse is located in East Hanover, New Jersey.
Where did this idea originate?
-After surveying over 500 high school students in the north New Jersey region, it became evident that weather was a daily concern for students rushing to get dressed in the morning. Weatherwear is dedicated to clothing customers for style, comfort, occasion, and weather.
